Pooram Contest Terms & Conditions

Winner should come to KP Namboodiri’s office at Shornur Road within 15 days to collect the gifts and We won’t provide any additional charges to reach K P Namboodiris office
Each winner is only entitled to win one prize, regardless of how many times their lucky draw coupons are picked.
The prizes/gift/gold coins are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash or any other items.
Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by K P Namboodiris Ayurvedics for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law
Winner has to bear any tax/levy/charges as per Govt norm if applicable
K P Namboodiris / ClubFM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Contest anytime it deems necessary without any prior notice
All disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Kerala only
